Kimberly Pena serves as the Assistant General Manager at Cactus Restaurants since March 2021 and concurrently holds the position of Front Of House Manager at Stoneburner since February 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Server at Ethan Stowell Restaurants from April 2018 to February 2020 and as a Server at Jaks Grill from January 2011 to April 2018. Kimberly also worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at PAIN FREE SOLUTIONS LLC from 2016 to 2018, where responsibilities encompassed answering phones, booking appointments, billing insurance, and handling cash deposits and payroll. Kimberly's educational background includes studies at Thinkful in 2019 and attendance at Highline College from 2004 to 2006.
