Eli Tobias MBA / PMP is a seasoned project manager and business analyst currently employed at CACI International Inc since June 2021, where Eli leads agile teams to modernize a high-visibility mission-critical application for the United States Border Protection. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Project Manager at James G. Davis Construction, where Eli expedited a $105 million multi-family project, and as Project Engineer managing a $750 million mega project in Washington, D.C. Eli's early career featured roles as an Office Engineer Intern at Clark Construction Group and a Contracting Apprentice at Glenn Glascow, complemented by a technical internship at Northrop Grumman Corporation.
