Jim Luden is a seasoned marketing and database management professional with extensive experience across various roles in the casino and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Director of Database Marketing at Cache Creek Casino Resort since September 2022, Jim led a restructuring of the customer segmentation program that achieved significant cost savings and increased resort revenue through improved hotel offers. Prior to this, Jim held the position of President/Owner at Sameday Autobody, where efforts in vendor contract renegotiation and targeted marketing led to record profits. As Senior Director of Marketing Analytics for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Jim's analytical strategies resulted in substantial revenue and profitability growth. Jim's earlier roles include impactful positions at Isle of Capri Casino and Casino Queen, where Jim drove customer loyalty and marketing initiatives that significantly enhanced revenue. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Law from Illinois State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Southwestern Illinois College.
