Josh Nemeth is an experienced Deputy County Attorney currently serving Cache County since June 2022, with prior roles in Lewis and Clark County and Lincoln County. Specializing in criminal and civil prosecution across various courts, Josh's expertise includes legal research, advising county government, and extensive litigation work. Previous positions encompass legal clerking and internships focused on criminal and civil litigation, immigration law, and international arbitration. Josh holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from BYU Law School, complemented by a Bachelor of Management in Business Administration from The University of Lethbridge, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Lethbridge Polytechnic.
