Roeland Jaarsma is a Legal Counsel at CACEIS Investor Services, having started in May 2023. Prior to this role, Roeland served as Legal Counsel for Credit Agricole Consumer Finance Nederland B.V. from 2018 to May 2023 and held the position of Juridisch adviseur ondernemingsrecht en privacyrecht at LCC from November 2017 to October 2018. Roeland's legal career also includes experience as an attorney at Immix Advocaten • Mediators from August 2015 to October 2017, specializing in corporate and insolvency law, and as a legal advisor at Flynth from July 2014 to July 2015, focusing on insolvency, corporate, and employment law. Earlier, Roeland worked at Edens Walinga Advocaten from April 2008 to June 2014, where responsibilities included corporate law and acting as a curator in bankruptcy cases. Roeland began the legal career at B&D Juristen from 2005 to 2008, assisting property managers and leasing companies. Education includes a degree from the University of Amsterdam and studies at the Grotius Academie. Roeland is also a member of the association for young insolvency law attorneys (JIRA).
