Melissa (Henry) Menard currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Healthcare Practice Leader at CAC Specialty since April 2023. Melissa's background also features an academic foundation with an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Simmons University. Additional experience encompasses positions at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance and Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Melissa held various managerial and underwriting roles over a span of more than a decade.
