Annabelle Rodriguez has a substantial background in education and workforce development, currently serving as the Dean of Career Education & Workforce Development at Cabrillo College since July 2017. Prior to this role, Annabelle held the position of Director of Programs, Community Engagement & Innovation at ACTION Council of Monterey County from October 2012 to July 2017, and served as the Director of the Alisal Family Resource Center for the Alisal Union Elementary School District from June 2005 to October 2012. Annabelle began the career in higher education at California State University, Monterey Bay, where roles included Associate Director of Adult Education and EOPS Summer Bridge Coordinator from 1999 to 2005, and was a Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 1999 to 2001. Annabelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Cultural Anthropology from California State University, Monterey Bay, a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University.
