Patricia Hubbard is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in materials science and research and development. Currently serving as SVP and Chief Technology Officer at Cabot Corporation, Patricia also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Hexcel Corporation. Previous roles include Vice President of R&D at Avery Dennison and Vice President of Corporate Technology at Avient, where leadership of a 75-member global R&D team was instrumental in driving growth in specialty polymer formulations. Patricia's early career at GE involved managing innovative teams and developing advanced ceramic materials and silicone fluids, complemented by a foundation in research as a graduate assistant at The University of Akron. Patricia holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from The University of Akron and a B.S. in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University.
