Grant Oubre is a Unit Process Engineer at Cabot Corporation since May 2022, specializing in technical support for carbon black manufacturing with a focus on process optimization and efficiency improvement. Prior experience includes a role as a Production Operator at Wood, where Grant gained operational skills in oilfield settings, and a position as a Recreation Supervisor at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, mentoring student workers. Grant's hands-on experience also includes work as a Shop Assistant at Steele's Marine and Custom Upholstery, where skills in furniture reconstruction were developed.
