Vincent Liu is an accomplished R&D manager at Cabot Microelectronics since 2009, where responsibilities include managing slurry development to meet customer needs. Previously, Vincent Liu held managerial positions overseeing research at the KSP site and led an R&D team at Eternal Chemical from 2000 to 2009. Vincent Liu earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Tsinghua University between 1989 and 1998 and completed high school education at Kaohsiung Senior High School from 1985 to 1988.
