Declan Hickey is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the HR Director for Group Functions at Cabot Financial (Ireland) Limited since January 2019, Declan partners with Executive Leaders across Europe, the UK, and the US, leading significant HR initiatives including the Great Place to Work program. Previously, Declan was the Head of Human Resources, driving HR transformation across multiple regions. Declan's prior roles include HR Manager positions at 123.ie, where significant business growth was achieved, Needahotel.com, and APW, as well as a Senior HR Representative role at Flextronics. Declan holds a BA in HRM and Industrial Relations from the National College of Ireland.
