Neil Hussey is a Communications Manager at Cabot Credit Management since April 2021, with prior experience as the Head of Learning, Development and Communications at Orbit from August 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included training over 330 staff. Previously, Neil spent six years as the Customer Service Training and Quality Manager at SOURCE CONTACT MANAGEMENT LIMITED, following a decade at South West Water in various Training and Quality Assurance roles, including as Training and Communications Coordinator. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Media Arts from the University of Plymouth, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
