Bernardo Huberman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both academia and industry. Currently serving as Fellow and Vice President of Next-Gen Systems at CableLabs since October 2017, Huberman previously held the position of Consulting Professor in the Symbolic Systems Program at Stanford University for nearly three decades. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise Labs from 2001 to 2016, Huberman occupied multiple senior roles, including Senior Fellow, SVP, and Director of the Mechanisms and Design Lab, as well as Senior Fellow and Director of the Social Computing Lab, focusing on the intersection of social behavior and information technology. Huberman began their career at Xerox Parc, where significant contributions were made as a Fellow from February 1982 to December 2000. Huberman earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania.
