Chad Pendy has extensive work experience in the cabinetry industry. Chad started their career at American Woodmark, where they worked as a Sales Representative, Regional Account Manager, and Corporate Sales Trainer. Chad then joined Perry & Co. - Coldwell Banker as an Independent Contractor before moving on to Masco Cabinetry, where they served as an Account Manager. At Artisan Kitchen and Bath, Chad worked as the General Manager, successfully developing the business platform for cabinetry and other related products. Chad then joined Masco Cabinetry again, this time as a Field Service Representative, where they supervised a field team and managed builder accounts. Most recently, Chad served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Director of Business Development at Cabinetry by Karman.

Chad Pendy attended Eastern Illinois University from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Chad later also attended Jones College, but no specific dates or degrees were provided for that experience.
