Rachit Shah is an experienced Climate Change Expert currently working at CABI. Rachit has held various significant roles, including Lead Consultant at UNICEF, where Rachit designed participatory activities for Ukrainian displaced adolescents. As a Lead Consultant and Programme Manager at the International Rescue Committee, Rachit led multi-disciplinary projects focusing on mental health services and cash transfers for unaccompanied adolescents. Additional consultancy roles have included project management at the National Trust and interactive training module development at Child First. Rachit has also contributed to Médecins Sans Frontières, both in developing community connection models and leading humanitarian innovation projects. Rachit's educational background includes a Master of Science in Environment, Politics and Development from SOAS University of London and a Master of Science in Medical Device Design from the National College of Art & Design.
