Jussi Holm has a diverse work experience spanning several years.

In 2017, they worked as an Environmental Engineer at CABB, where their main responsibilities included monitoring environmental indicators and legislation, managing transboundary waste movements, reporting on EHS and GRI internally, and assisting the company in achieving environmental targets. Jussi also contributed to various projects related to emission control, process development, and environmental and experimental permits. Additionally, they were qualified to act as an enterprise energy auditor.

Prior to this, in 2017, Jussi worked as a Process Operator at Stora Enso for a brief period of time.

In 2016, they served as a Master's thesis worker at the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment. Jussi'sstudy focused on evaluating the impacts of climate change on the hydrology of the Siikajoki river basin and assessing changes to water regulation practices and permits for the Uljua reservoir. Jussi also observed the environmental flow of the old river bed section of Siikajoki.

Jussi gained earlier experience at Stora Enso, starting from 2015, where they worked as a Process Operator at the paper mill's sheeting plant. Jussi'sresponsibilities included managing the production of sheet cutters, quality control of paper pallets, technical monitoring, and addressing any production irregularities. Jussi held similar roles as a Process Operator at Stora Enso in the years 2014, 2013, 2012, and 2011.

Furthermore, in 2010 and 2009, Jussi worked as a Trainee at NCC.

Jussi Holm began their education in 2008 at the University of Applied Sciences, Oulu, where they pursued studies in Construction Engineering. Jussi completed this program in 2010. Following this, from 2010 to 2014, Jussi enrolled at the University of Oulu, earning a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering. Jussi'sstudies focused on the field of Environmental Engineering. Building upon their Bachelor's degree, Jussi continued their education at the University of Oulu from 2013 to 2016, completing their Master of Science in Environmental Engineering. During this time, they specialized in Industrial Energy and Environmental Engineering.
