Rafael Veras has over 15 years of experience in financial analysis and client relations. Currently serving as Reporting Analyst & Settlements Supervisor and Client Liaison at Cabanillas & Associates, P.C. since October 2009, Rafael is responsible for loan modifications, short-sales, and foreclosure defense services, while also managing client relationships and preparing proposals. Previously, Rafael was the Negotiations Department Supervisor, overseeing five teams focused on various negotiation processes. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as a Financial Analyst at Innovations in Wallcoverings, Inc. from August 2004 to May 2007, where responsibilities included the preparation and review of budget, commission, sales, inventory, and financial reports. Rafael holds a BS and AS in Accounting and Finance from BMCC and attended St. John's University in New York.
