Jeff Billard, CEBS, currently serves as a Senior Pension Solutions Specialist at CAAT Pension Plan since June 2020, focusing on aligning employer, union, and employee needs with defined benefit security and business development opportunities. Prior to this role, Jeff held multiple positions at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from July 1998 to July 2019, including Senior Policy Analyst and Internal Communications Coordinator. Additionally, Jeff is a Course Instructor for RPA 1 at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans since August 2018. Jeff's experience is further complemented by service on the Board of Directors for MTCC #1173 from 2006 to 2011. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Mount Saint Vincent University and completed coursework at George Brown College in 2010.
