Dave Gordon is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in manufacturing and engineering management. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at C&A Tool Engineering since February 2014, Dave has also held the position of Manufacturing Engineer at Metaldyne since February 2013, overseeing four high-speed CNC machining lines for a tier one automotive supplier. Previously, Dave managed the Experimental Machine Shop at International Truck and Engine - Navistar from 1999 to 2012, developing CNC manufacturing processes and overseeing CAD/CAM programmers. Additional roles include Group Leader for CAD/CAM CNC Programming at Navistar, aerospace CAD designer at ITT Corporation, and senior modelmaker at Raytheon, where Dave led programming teams and optimized machining methods. Dave began their career as a tool room machinist and has extensive experience with CNC programming and machine operation. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Indiana Institute of Technology.
