Doug Shea is a commercial property and casualty insurance broker specializing in construction and real estate. Doug began his insurance career in 2013 at Barney & Barney in San Diego. His expertise includes providing risk management and brokerage services to medium to large construction companies, environmental and remediation contractors, as well as homebuilders and residential developers (OCIP/CCIP Programs). Doug is a member of the Association of General Contractors, Associated Builders & Contractors, the Building Industry Association, The Associated Subcontractors Alliance, and the Urban Land Institute. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers (IIAB) association of San Diego as President Elect.
