Carla Luger joined the C3 team in 2017 and has over 10 yearsof experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. Carla holds a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and is currently working on completing her CISR Elite and Associates in Risk Management (ARM) Designations. As a Project Manager at C3, Carla uses her insurance knowledge to develop and enhance our company’s systems and related processes.
