Deepti Bhagwat is a seasoned professional in recruitment and human resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Recruitment & HR at C2L BIZ Solutions Pvt Ltd since June 2011, Deepti initially joined Mastek Ltd in February 2006, progressing through various roles including Assistant Manager - Recruitment and establishing the Resource Management Group. Prior to that, Deepti enhanced recruitment processes at GENESIS CONSULTANTS and served as Associate Consultant at NICHE CONSULTING GROUP, specializing in the BFSI sector. Deepti holds a Master's in Management Studies (HR) and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
