Concurrently, Richard holds positions as an Adjunct Instructor at C² Technologies, Inc. and the University of New Hampshire, where responsibilities include delivering instruction and coordinating coursework. Previously, Richard served as an AFJROTC Instructor at Lee's Summit R-7 School District and held various leadership roles in the United States Air Force, overseeing significant stockpiles and ensuring operational efficiency. Richard's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word, a Bachelor of Science in Education and Training from Granite State College, and multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
