Emmanuel Touhey is an accomplished editor and producer with extensive experience in media and journalism. Currently serving as the Editor for C-SPAN.org since May 2013, Emmanuel has previously held roles as Comment Editor for The Hill from November 2009 to May 2013 and as a producer for WAMU 88.5's The Diane Rehm Show from August 2007 to June 2008. Emmanuel's earlier experience at C-SPAN as a producer spanned from October 1998 to August 2007. Academically, Emmanuel holds a Master of Arts in History from Washington College and a Master of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Falmouth University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Queen's University Belfast.
