Rachel Silver, Esq. is an accomplished attorney currently serving as an Associate Attorney at C.R. Wannamaker Law since June 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions as an Attorney from December 2023 to May 2024, and as an Associate Attorney at Palladino | Isbell | Casazza from May 2022 to December 2023. Rachel began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Ferreira Law from February 2021 to May 2022 and served as an Assistant Public Defender at both the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender and Berks County Public Defender from October 2018 to February 2021 and December 2016 to October 2018, respectively. Earlier in Rachel's career, a Legal Fellow position at the Louis D. Brandeis Law Society was held from November 2016 to December 2016, alongside a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant role at Villanova University School of Law. Rachel earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2016, a Master of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Media Studies from the University of Virginia.
