Sam Edwards has over a decade of experience in quality assurance and customer service, currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at C.P. Hart since November 2013, after progressing from a Quality Assurance Assistant role. Responsibilities include testing and inspecting replacement products, inspecting customer returns for faults and defects, and ensuring quality standards are met. Prior to this, Sam worked as a Customer Service Assistant at B&Q from August 2010 to November 2013. Sam holds an NVQ level 2 in performing engineering options from Swindon College, completed between 2008 and 2010.
