Rotem Nechemia has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. From March 2020 to the present, Rotem has worked as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Mer Group. Prior to this, Rotem served as the Group Controller at Mer Group from March 2020 to March 2021. Before joining Mer Group, Rotem worked as an Assistant Controller at ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd from July 2018 to March 2020, at CROW TECHNOLOGIES LTD from July 2017 to March 2020, and briefly at ICL Group in 2017.

Rotem Nechemia earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2010 to 2014.
