Shivangi Jain began their work experience in 2018 as a Sales Intern at Kaysons Education Pvt Ltd. In 2019, they joined Experian India as a Banking & Corporate Business Development Executive Sales, where they worked until January 2021. Currently, they are employed at C1 India Pvt Ltd as a Government & Corporate Sales Executive, starting in February 2021.

Shivangi Jain's education history begins in 2012 when they attended Carmel Convent School in Gwalior and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business/Commerce. Shivangi completed this program in 2014. In the same year, they also studied at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, where they obtained a degree in Company Secretary - Foundation.

Following this, from 2014 to 2017, Shivangi Jain attended Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in Indore and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Shivangi then furthered their education at Teerthanker Mahaveer University in Moradabad from 2017 to 2019, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
