Gwen Broc is a Lead Data Engineer at Bytes Software Services since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in data analytics and reporting. Previously, Gwen served as a Lead Specialist in TA Reporting & Analytics at Sanofi, where the development of customized Tableau and Power BI dashboards and the construction of ETL Python data pipelines for recruitment metrics were key responsibilities. Prior to that, at Deloitte, Gwen functioned as a Senior Talent Specialist, focusing on similar dashboard development and data pipeline scripting across various data silos. Gwen's earlier career includes roles in recruitment consulting at Cameron Kennedy and Michael Page, as well as a Nordic Account Manager position at I-Distribution, and a People Manager role at Hollister Co. Gwen holds a Master's degree in International Business & Entrepreneurship from EAE Business School and IPAG Business School, earned between 2006 and 2010.
