Stephanie Lestari is an experienced professional in global talent acquisition, currently working at ByteDance and TikTok as part of the International Talent Acquisition Center for the APAC region since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie served as a Talent Acquisition specialist at AIA Indonesia from December 2015 to July 2021, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments and providing recruitment advice. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Jr. Consultant, Recruitment Executive, and Researcher at Quantum Select International from January 2013 to June 2015. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, completed in 2012.
