Jun Chen currently serves as HR Director at ByteDance since January 2021, focusing on the R&D department and leading PDI HRBP initiatives. Prior experience includes HR Director roles at NetEase from May 2016 to December 2020, overseeing the HR department for various technological sectors, and at ;ţÂÃÓÎÍø from April 2013 to April 2016, managing HR across multiple technical departments. Jun Chen also held the position of Senior HR Manager at Tencent for a year in 2012 and worked as HR Manager at Huawei Technologies from October 2005 to January 2012, where responsibilities included strategic human resources planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Jilin University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
