Jean (Xiaoqin) Gong is a Talent Acquisition Partner at ByteDance, specializing in recruiting for machine learning engineering roles with expertise in CV, NLP, LLM, and recommender systems since March 2024. Previously, Jean served as a Global Recruiter at Tencent from February 2022 to March 2024, contributing to the establishment of an effective technical hiring framework across APAC, the US, and Europe. Earlier experience includes internships in compensation and benefits consulting at Aon, human resources at Fosun Pharma, and global talent acquisition at ByteDance. Jean holds a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Biology from Nanjing University.
