Colleen G. possesses extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and governance, having held prominent leadership roles at several major technology and financial companies. At ByteDance, Colleen serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Global Compliance & Risk Management. Previously, Colleen was the Global Director and Head of Risk Strategy & Architecture at Meta, as well as leading positions in GRC and product compliance at Facebook. Prior to these roles, Colleen worked at Visa as Director of Global Compliance Oversight & Product Compliance and at Deloitte as a Senior Manager specializing in forensic accounting.
