Ana Paula Pinho is an experienced professional in partner operations and content moderation, currently serving as a Partner Operations Manager at ByteDance since July 2018. Responsibilities include strategizing and managing the governance and performance of outsourced workforce operations across the LATAM region. Prior roles at ByteDance involved supporting BPO moderation teams to enhance quality and efficiency, as well as ensuring compliance and safety in content moderation for Topbuzz and Vigo Video platforms. Ana Paula's earlier experience includes freelance collaboration at Topbuzz and a research assistantship at LEA UFRJ. Academically, Ana Paula holds an MBA in Project Management from USP/Esalq and a Bachelor's degree in International Strategic Management from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, complemented by a General English Course from Chamber College.
