Mohammed Field has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Mohammed started their career in the year 2000, working as a Member at Race Equality First. Mohammed then joined the Welsh Government as a Social Housing Regulator, where they worked until the year 2010.

In 2010, Mohammed joined Coastal Housing Group as a Consultant and remained in that position until February 2012. At the same time, they also worked at IIER as an International Business Manager from 2010 to 2013.
