Mr. Ram Ratan Bajaj is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 39 years of post-qualification experience in handling finance, taxation, corporate law, accounts, project implementation, cost control and related matters. He has been associated with the Company since March 30, 2011. His expertise has played a significant role in the financial decisions of the Company. Mr. Bajaj is actively involved in socially relevant activities.

He was a member of Bharat Vikas Parishad a unique organisation for sociocultural activities.
