Ayesha Naaz has extensive experience in the education technology sector, currently serving as Assistant Senior Manager - Retention at BYJU'S since February 2017. Key achievements include leading a team of six project managers to enhance product lifecycle and user experience, resulting in an 80% increase in renewal rates and growth in recurring revenue. Ayesha has also successfully managed a team of over 30 product experts, driving productivity and customer retention through innovative user experience strategies. Earlier roles included Product Expert, where Ayesha contributed to significant revenue growth through the launch of new programs, and as Business Development Associate at Upraised, currently holding the position of Product Management Fellow. Ayesha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Bengal College of Engineering and Technology for Women.
