Thomas Bay currently serves as a Specialkonsulent at Bygningsstyrelsen, responsible for the acquisition of properties to expand the state’s property portfolio. With extensive experience in real estate investment, project development, and property management, Thomas has held key roles such as Development Director at NKN Ejendomme and Sales and Development Director at Q-Construction A/S. Previous positions also include Project Manager and Realtor at Henton Ejendomme A/S and Henton Erhvervsmægler A/S, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple subsidiaries and managing commercial real estate transactions. Thomas holds a Statens autoriseret ejendomsmægler degree from Aarhus Business College and several higher education qualifications in strategy, leadership, and organizational collaboration from Aarhus University.
