Henrik Vagner is currently serving as HR-chef for folkekirken og Kirkeministeriet at By-, Land- og Kirkeministeriet since August 2023. Prior roles include Stedfortrædende dommer at Tjenestemandsretten from January 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities involved handling cases related to interpretation or violations of agreements concerning salary and employment conditions for public officials. Henrik Vagner also held the position of Direktør at fobu, a representative organization for self-governing and private daycare institutions, from January 2019 to January 2023. Further experience includes roles as Underdirektør HR at Administrations- og Servicestyrelsen, Kontorchef/Koncern HR Chef at Erhvervs- og Vækstministeriet, and various leadership positions in local government and ministries. Henrik Vagner holds a Master of Public Administration and a Cand.jur. degree from recognized institutions, including the University of Copenhagen and the London School of Economics.
