Luisa Fernanda Linhares is a seasoned professional in game development and analysis, currently serving as Game Director at By Aliens since May 2021, where leadership over two game projects involves a diverse team and includes tasks such as task prioritization and metric analysis. Previously, Luisa held the position of Growth Analyst focusing on retention and monetization strategies for mobile games. Prior career experience includes roles as Business Analyst at Insider Store, Marketing Analyst and Intern at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, Consulting Intern at The Boston Consulting Group, and Summer Intern in Retail Planning at Itaú. Luisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and participated in an undergraduate exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
