Maria Luiza Vital has over a decade of experience in business development and sales roles. Currently serving as a Business Development Specialist at BWG since October 2011, Maria Luiza focuses on prospecting new clients through both inbound and outbound strategies, engaging in the qualification of new opportunities, and generating new business avenues. Previously, Maria Luiza was the Prospecting Coordinator, leading a team to generate leads for the sales department. Prior to BWG, Maria Luiza held commercial assistant positions at Ibrati Gestão de Pessoas and WorkSolution Cooperativa de Trabalho, focusing on back-office tasks, client prospecting, and opportunity identification. Maria Luiza holds a degree from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and a technical qualification in Advertising from Colégio Brasília.
