Kristen Frano is a highly experienced professional in the field of chemistry and product management, currently serving as the Laboratory Raman Product Manager at B&W Tek since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kristen worked as a NIR Product Specialist at BUCHI Corporation and held the position of Application Scientist at B&W Tek, where responsibilities included training and managing the Applications team while overseeing data collection and customer communications. Kristen's foundational experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at The College of William & Mary, conducting advanced studies on 18th century paintings, and working as an R&D Technician at 3M, where innovative testing procedures for new adhesive products were developed. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Saint Anselm College.
