Lucas Jordan has over a decade of experience in the field of engineering and technical support. Since June 2018, Lucas has been employed at BW Papersystems as a Field Service Technical Support specialist, leveraging extensive knowledge to assist customers and on-site service teams in resolving issues. Prior to this role, Lucas served as a Field Service Engineer III, where responsibilities included installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of machinery. Earlier in their career, Lucas worked as a Carpenter/Laborer at J.R. Jordan Construction and gained technical experience as a Maintenance Engineering Intern at Colony Brands, Inc. Lucas holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, obtained in 2018.
