Paul Harney is an accomplished Senior Production/Safety Engineer at BW Offshore, with a focus on updating operational performance standards for the Catcher FPSO in line with UK Safety Case and PFEER regulations. Extensive experience includes serving as Engineering Project Manager for significant projects, such as the TANAP Pipeline EPCM Project with WorleyParsons UK, where management of the Compression/Metering Stations scope was a key responsibility. Previously, Paul held the role of Topsides Engineering Manager for the Egina FPSO project in Nigeria and managed a billion-dollar FPSO upgrade/relocation EPC project in Malaysia. Earlier in the career, Paul served as Head of Department for Process Engineering at DeltaAfrik overseeing a team of over 25 engineers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from University College Dublin and a Master of Science in Safety & Risk Engineering from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh.
