Tom Boydell is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services and regulatory sectors. Tom's career began at the Financial Conduct Authority, where significant contributions were made as a Senior Associate and Graduate Associate, leading initiatives in retail lending and compliance monitoring.
