Georgina Woodley is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategic roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of The Joy Division since November 2024, Woodley also holds the position of Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand at BVA BDRC, a role maintained since September 2011. Previous positions include Principal Consultant at Forethought Research, Market Insights Manager at AAPT, and Senior Strategy Analyst at Promina, in addition to being a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Woodley holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Accounting from Murdoch University.
