Joyce Hagebeuk has extensive experience in customer service and complaint resolution, currently serving as a customer service representative at BVA-Auctions.com since April 2011. Prior to this role, Joyce worked at KPN from October 2003 to February 2011 as a complaint handler, where responsibilities included resolving complex customer complaints and maintaining client communication. Earlier career positions include catering staff at Eurest (1995-2000), sales and management at Tupperware Brands (1991-1995), and receptionist at Drukkerij Klomp (1981-1984), where duties involved phone handling and client reception. Joyce is also pursuing education at NHA and Van Eck & Ligt since 2007.
