Susan-Jane Sidlow is an experienced Recruitment Manager currently with Buzz Bingo since February 2019, overseeing recruitment for over 40 locations at both team and management levels. Prior to this role, Susan-Jane served as General Manager at Gala Coral Group from March 2003 to February 2024, where leadership of a team of approximately 30 and accountability for their development and performance were key responsibilities. Additionally, Susan-Jane held various positions within Gala Bingo, progressing from Team Member to General Manager over a span of 21 years, which included significant experience in operational management and team leadership. Susan-Jane's educational background includes a Higher National Diploma in Musical Theatre from Barking & Dagenham College and a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts from Palmers Sixth Form College.
