Öykü Kaplan has worked for five companies since 2018. Öykü began their career as an Intern at Rigips Türkiye in 2018. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Project Student at Başarsoft Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş., as well as an Intern at Novagenix Biyoanalitik İlaç Ar-Ge A.Ş. In 2021, they were a Candidate Engineer at Asisguard. Currently, they are a Growth Office Associate at Buyutech.

Öykü Kaplan has a diverse educational background. In 2012, they attended Gazi Üniversitesi Vakfı Fen Lisesi and graduated in 2016. Öykü then attended TED University from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Öykü also completed a Secondary field in Business Administration and Management from TED University in 2021. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained a certification in Team Spirit Training from Morfill Coaching & Consulting.
