Johannes (John) Warnar is an experienced Plant Manager currently overseeing BuyBay's main European refurbishment and logistics site since September 2020. Prior to this role, Johannes served as Plant Manager at Franke, where responsibilities included managing the closure of a 24x7 production site for synthetic sinks, along with P&L oversight and labor union negotiations. Earlier positions included Project Manager Europe at Advanced Supply Chain Group Ltd, Site Manager at Britcom Direct - Cycleon-Recare, and Service Delivery Lead at Accenture Prague, where Johannes managed a sizeable HR BPO delivery team. As the owner of Kvenna, Johannes provided data protection services, while previous leadership roles with PA Business Systems in both the Czech Republic and the UK involved managing reverse logistics and operations across the high-tech sector. Johannes began a career at NEC CI France as RMA Manager and subsequently supervised European returns at Packard Bell. Johannes holds an MEAO MBA in Informatics, earned between 1988 and 1991.
